- On your first appointment, we will go through a client history sheet, please bring contact details for your doctor and any other health specialists that you have recently seen or are still seeing and a list of any medication that you are currently taking.
- We will discuss why you are seeking my help and how hynotherapy can help you.
- You will learn about the importance of relaxation and will be provided with a CD to use at home.
- You will learn about hypnosis and I will answer any questions, doubts or concerns that you may have.
- I will assist you into the hypnotic state and you will experience hypnosis in this session.
- You will go home to work with your relaxation CD, until your next appointment.
