Sport Hypnotherapy

I have had the pleasure of helping many athletes, train and compete to 100% of their ability. Sports hypnosis is used to enhance your sport and help you to remove any unwanted mental blocks that are holding you back.

I attribute 20% to each of these disciplines, listed below, so the client can see that 60% of the work is achieved with the subconscious mind, enabling them to achieve 100% of their ability.

Physical Education/Nutrition – managed by your Fitness Trainer or yourself.
Development of Skill - Sports Coach/Manager.
Concentration – training your mind using hypnotherapy.
Relaxation - practiced daily using an MP3 and taught self hypnosis.
Confidence - established the quickest way through hypnosis.

I will teach you how to use self-hypnosis, so that you can use visualization and affirmations in the hypnotic state, so that you have a direct pathway to the subconscious mind. The law of the mind is what you expect tends to be realised, so we program you to expect the best.
